M. Umapathi - Chairman of the Board
Umapathi is the Chairman and co-founder of the company and he has 25 years of experience in Energy and Power sector. He has worked in companies such as Best & Crompton before becoming an entrepreneur in 1995. Umapathi has Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from College of Engineering Guinday and is a member of Institution of Engineers India. He is currently the Managing Director of Voltech Group of Companies.

Vasudevan Comandur
Vasu is the CEO and co-founder of the company and he has 25 years of experience in IT industry. He has worked in Senior Management positions in companies such as Trigent Software and Aztec Software. Vasu has Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from IISc, Bangalore. and started his career with Tata Unisys Ltd. Vasu has been doing research for the past 5 years in Natural Language Processing. He is a co-inventor of 5 patents filed with USPTO and three patents have been awarded (Patent # 7599899,8112707 and 8423348).
